4. DESCRIPTION: Granivom-MD tablets are mouth dissolving tablets that contains Granisetron which is used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting caused by cancer chemotherapy and radiation therapy. It works by blocking serotonin, a natural substance in the body that causes nausea and vomiting.
5. SIDE EFFECTS: Common side effects are headache, stomach pain, heartburn, constipation and difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep
