DESCRIPTION: Spastone drops is a combination of Dicyclomine and Dimethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. Spastone drops are indicated in the treatment of abdominal cramps and pain, gas, bloating and flatulence.

SIDE EFFECTS: Common side effects are nausea, dryness in mouth, dizziness, blurred vision, sleepiness and weakness.
