1. COMPOSITION: Each film coated tablet contains Azilsartan Kamedoxomil eq. to Azilsartan Medoxomil 40 mg & Chlorthalidone 12.5 mg.

4. DESCRIPTION: Tezihart-CH contains Azilsartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) & Chlorthalidone, a diuretic that removes excessive water from the body. Tezihart-CH is used for the treatment of hypertension either alone or in combination with other anti-hypertensives to lower blood pressure.
5. SIDE EFFECTS: Main side effects are Dizziness, light headedness, excessive urination, diarrhoea & fatigue, may occur.
