Description

1. COMPOSITION: Each uncoated tablet contains Azilsartan Kamedoxomil eq. to Azilsartan Medoxomil 40 mg.

3. STATUS: PRESCRIPTION ONLY DRUG
4. DESCRIPTION: Tezihart-40 contains Azilsartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that is more efficient in controlling BP of the patients by 8 to 10% compare to other ARBs. Tezihart-40 is used for the treatment of hypertension either alone or in combination with other anti-hypertensives to lower blood pressure & may reduces the risk of fatal and non-fatal cardiovascular events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions (MI).
5. SIDE EFFECTS: Main side effects are Dizziness, light headedness, diarrhea & fatigue, may occur.
