| DESCRIPTION: | Cilnep-Trio tablet contains Cilnidipine, a calcium channel blocker that acts by reducing the force with which heart pumps the blood; Telmisartan, an angiotensin Receptor blocker that acts by dilating blood vessels & Chlorthalidone, a diuretic that acts by removing excessive water from body. It is prescribed for high blood pressure, when two drug combinations fail to exert its effect or are not adequate as in cases of refractory blood pressure. |
| SIDE EFFECTS: | Main side effects are headache, flushing, nasal congestion, flu, diarrhoea, throat infection, dizziness, nausea, electrolyte imbalance & back pain. |
