1. COMPOSITION: Each uncoated bilayered tablet contains Sitagliptin 50 mg & Metformin (SR) 1000 mg.

4. DESCRIPTION: Sitaliptin-50 M Forte is a combination medicine which contains Sitagliptin a dipeptidyl peptidase-4(DPP-4) inhibitor and Metformin a biguanide. This combination acts synergistically to offer better diabetic control. It is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
