| DESCRIPTION: | Puradine-M contains Povidone Iodine, an antiseptic agent that kills bacteria and fungus to eradicate skin infections in wide variety of conditions & Metronidazole, an antiprotozoal drug that also acts on specialized group of bacteria not covered by Povidone. They act synergistically to cover wide spectrum of pathogens. It is prescribed for treatment & prevention of infections such as cuts, abrasions, post-surgical procedures dressing, burns, infected wounds & diabetic foot ulcers. |
