5. DESCRIPTION: Scrabic soap contains Permethrin, a pyrethrin that works by paralyzing and killing the mites and their eggs. It is prescribed for prevention of scabies, caused by tiny insects called mites that infest and irritate skin continuously. It is used in combination with cream or lotion for regular bathing during treatment & then continuously post treatment to prevent the disease from reoccurring.
6. SIDE EFFECTS: Well tolerated, no known side effects.
