4. DESCRIPTION: Omnipres tablets contain Olmesartan, an angiotensin Receptor blocker that acts by dilating blood vessels & Chlorthalidone, a diuretic that acts by removing excessive water from body. It is prescribed for high BP.
5. SIDE EFFECTS: The side effects of the combination are diarrhea, headache, increased sugar, hypertriglyceridemia, influenza-like symptoms & pharyngitis.
