| DESCRIPTION: | Lowtel AM tablets contain Telmisartan, an angiotensin Receptor blocker that acts by dilating blood vessels & Amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker that acts by reducing the force with which heart pumps blood. This combination is prescribed when single drug alone is not able to control the BP. |
| SIDE EFFECTS: | Main side effects are Pedal oedema, headache and dizziness. |
