4. DESCRIPTION: Debifall tablets contain Gliclazide & Metformin, a combination anti-diabetic drug that helps treat diabetes by two synergistic mechanisms. It is prescribed in type II diabetes when diet restriction and exercise alone is not enough or when either of the drug fail to provide result.
5. SIDE EFFECTS: The main side effects are low sugar levels, headache, nausea, dizziness, weakness, unexplained weight gain & muscle pain.
