DESCRIPTION: Dapaford-5 M and Dapaford-5 M forte tablets contain Dapagliflozin and Metformin in extended release form. Both these are anti-diabetic drugs that act synergistically to offer better diabetic control based on the requirement. It is prescribed for type II diabetes patients.
SIDE EFFECTS: Low sugar levels, painful urination, repetitive urination, inflammation of penis, urinary tract infection & allergic reaction may occur in patients.
