COMPOSITION: Each 5 ml of reconstituted suspension contains Cefixime Trihydrate eq. to Anhydrous Cefixime 100 mg & Potassium Clavulanate diluted eq. to Clavulanic acid 62.5 mg

DESCRIPTION: Cefitaxe-CV range contains Cefixime along with Clavulanic acid, a beta lactamase inhibitor that acts by stopping the enzymes of the resistant disease causing bacteria to break Cefixime so that it can act freely. It is prescribed in case of resistant respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection and other general infections.
SIDE EFFECTS: The main side effects are headache, dizziness, diarrhea, loose stools, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia & flatulence.
