DESCRIPTION: Alastin-AM tablet contains Loratadine, an anti-allergic drug that actsby stopping Histamine a chemical in blood from initiating allergic reaction & Ambroxol, a mucolytic drug that acts by breaking respiratory tract mucus into smaller pieces. It is prescribed in cases of allergic reaction where there is mucus production along with other symptoms.

SIDE EFFECTS: Main side effects are dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, headache, nervousness, fatigue, increased sleepiness & increased appetite.
