DESCRIPTION: Sertaford-B cream contains Sertaconazole, an antifungal drug that acts by killing fungus & Beclomethasone, a corticosteroid that relieves itching, redness, irritation & swelling. It is prescribed for treating fungal infections of the skin & skin folds in individuals with compromised immunity and in general.
SIDE EFFECTS: Main side effects are dry skin, burning skin & application site irritation.
