COMPOSITION: Each film coated tablet contains Telmisartan 40 mg, Amlodipine Besylate eq. to Amlodipine 5 mg & Chlorthalidone 12.5 mg

DESCRIPTION: Venpres-AMC tablets contain Telmisartan, an angiotensin Receptor blocker that acts by dilating blood vessels; Amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker that acts by reducing the force with which heart pumps blood & Chlorthalidone, a diuretic that acts by reducing blood volume. This combination is prescribed when single drug or dual drug combination alone in not able to control the BP.
SIDE EFFECTS: Main side effects are increased uric acid and fat in blood, dizziness, fatigue, coughing, nausea, fatigue, weakness, edema, face edema, lower limb edema, angioneurotic oedema, urticaria & hypersensitivity.
